We raise money to support Breast Cancer Research in the Greater Hamilton Area. We hold an annual walk/run each September and attend various events throughtout the year to raise funds.

The BRIGHT Run, raises awareness and funds for Breast Cancer Research in the Greater Hamilton area. It has been running for 19 years. We have volunteer opportunities during the summer. ( Raising awareness, selling penny sale and raffle tickets at the Juravinski Cancer Centre or at the Winona Peach fest) and it culminates in Septemer with our annual run/walk at the Christie Lake conservation Area where there are various volunteer roles like parking management, trail guidance and assistance, Set up and tear-down of event structures, working in the Kidz zone, face painting, providing snacks and drinks to participants, assisting with various sales, first aid, registration, being flexible and available to help out where needed, etc. .
