Setup & Teardown Crew — tents, tables, signage, vendor support
Greeters / Info Booth — directing visitors, answering questions
Kids Zone Helpers — crafts, games, line-up management
Face Painters - 4 hour shifts
Vendor Support — helping artisans or food vendors with logistics
Stage / Entertainment Assistants — performer coordination, timing, performer runner
Clean‑up & Sustainability Crew - litter management
