Hammer Plunge is an annual polar dip into Lake Ontario, held by Hamilton Health Sciences Foundation. Funds raised from the event support critical research, equipment and care spaces at Hamilton General Hospital.

Volunteer opportunities may include:

  • Participant check-in and registration
  • Wayfinding and guest support
  • Winter village activities
  • Event setup and teardown
  • General event support
